Overview
The Jennette Torres State Farm Agency is looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping with questions, offering support, and making sure they have a great experience.
We’re seeking someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. You’ll also work closely with a team to ensure everything runs smoothly. This position plays an important part in building lasting relationships and keeping our customers satisfied.

Responsibilities
- Help customers with questions about our products and services
- Keep accurate notes on customer interactions and transactions
- Work to solve customer concerns quickly and follow company guidelines
- Listen to customer needs and explain the best next steps
- Share information about available products and services that may be helpful
- Work with the team to improve customer service and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Previous customer service experience is preferred; insurance experience is a plus
- Enjoy helping people and finding solutions
- Property & Casualty licensed preferred

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
